What form of payment do you take?
We prefer Paypal. Check and money orders are also acceptable, but the carrier will not ship until money is received and cleared.
How is the quality of your carrier?
I sew because I enjoy sewing. I found that making carriers is a good way to supplement our household income. I am not a machine. I do make safe carriers, I do triple check each carrier before it leaves my home. But due to me not being a machine sometimes there may be teeny tiny flaws. I'm sure this is normal for any hand made item.
I recieved my carrier today, I do not like it. What can I do?
You may exchange it for one of our other in stock carriers, or a store credit. We are not issueing any monetary returns. Additionally you can go to www.thebabywearer.com and list it for sale in the for sale or trade forum
Do I need shipping insurance?
Shipping includes delivery confirmation. It does not include insurance. We strongly recommend you ask and pay for insurance. Once the carrier leaves my hands, it leaves my responsibility.
Why are your Pods and MT's ONLY reversible?
As a baby carrier addict I like to get as much bang for my buck as possible. Since the carriers are reversible you are getting 2 carriers for the price of one!!
